Meet The Team
Founder & CEO
Ron Callison
As Head of Strategic Operations, Ron keeps things running like a well-oiled machine (except that machine might occasionally involve duct tape and WD-40). When he's not wrangling budgets and navigating farmlife, you might find him regaling the farm with tales of his worm time. Mastermind? Maybe. Chief Nimrod? Definitely.
Jerry Callison
Chief Worm Hearder
Jerry, Chief Worm Herder and brother extraordinaire, keeps the good times rollin' by educatin' and connectin' on Instagram. He's got your worm wranglin' needs covered and loves to share the knowledge!
Business Advisor
Chad Castilla
Chaos to calm, complexity to clarity – Chad tames the business beast, one system at a time (and may offer a witty comment or two along the way).
Business Advisor
Ryan Callison
Ryan Callison, son of Ron and a strategic pillar at Northern Illinois Worm Farm, offers invaluable business advice and sales strategy expertise. His comprehensive counsel plays a crucial role in guiding our farm's growth and success.
